Tenancies signed in the period between July 1st 2019 and 30 , June 20,21

  • Ceiling and underfloor insulation is a requirement to all Mount Victoria and New Zealand rental houses where it is reasonably practicable to put in.
  • A Healthy Homes Statement of Intent to Comply An Insulation Statement as well as an Insurance Statement must be included in any renewed, new or altered tenancy contract.
