Fines for Failing to Comply

As of 1st July 2021, when a new, renewed or varied tenancy is signed for a Kingsley Heights rental property, all Healthy Homes compliance items have to be finished by the end of 90 days.

Tenancies established between 1 July 2019 and 30 , June 20,21
