Kaiwharawhara Healthy Homes Compliance Timeframes

Tenancies commenced beginning on 1 July 2019 to the 30th June in 2021

  • Insulation of the underfloor and ceiling is a requirement throughout Kaiwharawhara and New Zealand rental homes where it is reasonably practicable to put in.
