Beginning on July 1st, 2021, once a new, renewed or varied tenancy is signed on an Aro Valley rental property, all Healthy Homes compliance items need to be done by the end of 90 days.

Aro Valley Healthy Homes Compliance Timeframes

Tenancies signed beginning on 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2021

  • Insulation of the underfloor and ceiling is required in all Aro Valley and New Zealand rental homes where it’s reasonably practicable to install.
